Smart and Advanced Manufacturing is a new, IISc-wide academic programme anchored at CPDM, with faculty members drawn from twelve departments of IISc. The primary focus is manufacturing and associated research. It has two courses: an MTech in Smart Manufacturing, and a research programme (MTech by Research and PhD) in Advanced Manufacturing.
