Abstract: In this talk, I explain patterns of business models that leverage the Internet of Things (IoT). We analyzed 50 IoT business cases and extracted patterns, which are expected to make the digital innovation design more effective and efficient. There have been studies that have extracted the items of the building blocks of the business model canvas characteristic innovation design method, which is the novelty of this study.
Title: Success factors for software development projects through collaboration between Japan and India

Abstract: In this talk, I examine success in collaborative software development between Japanese clients and Indian vendors, focusing on embedded systems where coordination and tacit knowledge are critical. It proposes an evaluation methodology grounded in nine success factors, five recognized in global software development, to predict project outcomes. Applying this methodology has practical benefits, as evidenced by analysis of 13 real projects, demonstrating its potential to enhance project success rates.
