Department of Design and Manufacturing hosts a number of facilities for its students and research staff. These include:
- Visualization and Design Studios for MDes (PDDM) and MTech (SM) students with high end computers
- Teaching Laboratories with equipment for Basic Electronics, AR/VR, Mechatronics, Robotics
- Polymer and Metal Additive Manufacturing facilities (see IISc intranet site)
- Manufacturing and Prototyping Workshops
