About me

“Myself Ghanshyam Maskale, a driven Mechanical Engineering graduate with a passion for advanced technologies in the field of manufacturing. Inclined towards industry 4.0 implementation especially in India. I have strong knowledge in the mechanical domain, laced with an experience of working in quality management department at Bosch Ltd. With solid academic background and passion for technology I aspire to excel in a challenging work environment while staying updated with latest trends and technologies. During my career as a Graduate trainee in Bosch Ltd I have also came across various problem-solving methodologies like 8D, PSS and customer complaint handling.”

1. Packing related customer complaint reduction (Bosch Ltd)
2. KPI dashboard preparation using Microsoft power Bi (Bosch Ltd)
3. Utilising thermoelectric cooler plates for air conditioning, integrating it with IoT technology through Arduino and Bluetooth module. (Undergraduate project)
