Pravinkumar is a product designer with core interest in smart products. He has done his bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from Gujarat (CHARUSAT).

Most of his projects has flavor of mechatronics! As a major project of degree, He and his teammate designed a first in the world IOT based tangible programming kit for blind kids which teaches programming by haptic and sound output This project was purely focused on interaction modalities as Pravin’s core interest in design is related to Research, Experience design and interaction design.

As a considerable achievement, he got selected for internship (top 100 out of all india application) in Indian defense (Navy – IDEX) as a technical researcher. Lastly, Pravin is very curious about Human robot interaction & Intelligent UIUX. As he thinks himself as a lifelong student, he keeps himself updating with eye on futuristic technologies.

Simplifying the life of people has always been a rallying cry for me since my inchoate phase. When seen through the path of design ideologies, it always makes me wonder how we transformed our rocks and sand to spaceships and nuclear sources. But the question remains whether the ingenuity of such creations being done today will set off the resourceful minds of humans after 500 years. With the thirst of finding ways to these design methodologies, I devote myself to finding the answers.
