About InnoHEALTH 2018

InnoHEALTH 2018 was the third in the series of InnoHEALTH annual conferences. The forum brings together top healthcare experts around the world with all major stakeholders of the health sector to discuss and deliberate upon interventions which can bring down the cost of healthcare delivery and improve the quality of care. This years theme of InnoHEALTH was- Inspiring Moonshots in Healthcare. The conference saw over 500 participants from over a dozen countries, in collaboration with the following forums:
*World Health Innovation Network, Canada
* Talent grid Ventures, Singapore
* ScanBalt Forum, Europe
The conference program comprised of talks by globally renowned healthcare experts, panel discussions, startup pitches, innovators award and B2B meetings.

About Young Innovators Award 2018
Over 10,000 schools/colleges/universities were invited nationwide to take part in the competition, with 5 proposals being shortlisted for presentation to the jury, with the top 3 being awarded. The jury included eminent healthcare leaders such as: Dr Shirshendu Mukherjee (Mission Director – Programme Management Unit, Jointly Supported by DBT-BIRAC-BMGF-Wellcome Trust), Prof S Venkataramanaiah (Associate Professor in Operations Management, IIM Lucknow), Mr. Biten Kathrani (Director – R&D and NBD, Boston Scientific) among others. The top prize was awarded by Mr. Riho Kruuv, Ambassador of Estonia to India, Myanmar, Singapore and Sri Lanka.
